Joining NCMA

Can I join NCMA before I receive my certificate (it will be here next week I've been informed)? Also should I use NCMA for public liability insurance or Morton Michel? Any advice? And what about their contracts etc...? Is one better than the other?

I had to wait for my reg and first aid cert before I could join NCMA.

They told me to e-mail it over to proove that I had it and also my First aid certificate number
