Response to actions

Hey all, I just wondered how long it takes them to get in touch after you have responded to your actions letter? I know we've had a few bank hols n stuff but am getting impatient now, its been over 2 weeks and everything else they've done has been quite quick!! Thanks :thumbsup:

It was 4 days after I posted the form back. 2 weeks is a long time ... maybe a lot of staff is on holiday so they don't have the manpower to go through all the papers fast enough.

I had one action to complete after my inspection in sept 2010, I completed the action in front of the Tribal inspector, I then had to complete the actions form and I sent it straight back.

Two weeks ago I had a phone call from the inspector asking me to talk her through how I carried out the action so that she could complete my paperwork :rolleyes:
