I can't find any mention of children under 5 in full time school. Only ratio mention is the 6 under 8 no more than 3 under 5 & no more than 2 under 18m

No that sentence has completely disappeared. :(
I imagine it is going to cause a lot of people problems.
I understand it is something that NCMA Wales are discussing with the people who wrote the NMS but until then if I were a Welsh Childminder I would ring and check with CSSIW because as far as the NMS go, you are breaking the law as it stands right now if you are not working to the CURRENT regs.

That's what I was thinking. I don't have that problem at the moment but one of my ad-hocs starts full-time in sept so was just checking it.
