Does anyone know how to contact prospects?

Hi guys,
I had my pre-reg visit on April 7th and was told I would have my certificate within 2 weeks but I still haven't received it :( Does anyone know how I can contact them to chase it up? Or should I phone Ofsted?

call ofsted & chase it, i did and said i had a mindee interested in starting and had it a few days later
