Does anyone know if I would be allowed to do child-minding from the place where I don't live. I live in a very small place but own another one 5 minutes away that I would like to use for child-minding once the tenants are gone. I would be spending time between the two and have my baby with me all the time during the day in my second property. I would also use parts of it for storage, study and any weekend guests (basically everything that I am not able to fit into my current home) Would this be 'Domestic premises' ?

Yes this would probably be classed as childcare on domestic premises.

Have a look here for more information -
