I've just done a contract review with a parent and am changing the contract from 52 weeks py to 39 weeks py. The days & times are as stated in the current contract, the only thing that is changing is the number of weeks i'm contracted for. I need to know if I can just write an amendment on an additional piece of paper to be signed by all parties, or do i need to do a whole new contract? Thanks
