Sorry for yet another question, you will all be sick of me!
I have a bit of a dilema I have a set of parents that need me to take their children home at 8:30pm two or three nights a week.
My partner drives along with me to do any pick-ups or drop-offs, as I have only recently passed my driving test and can't afford to be insured on to his car. So obviously he pays for his petrol. But it has became quite a problem as neither of us can afford the fuel and my poor partner is left with a bad taste in his mouth. :(
I have been flicking through other similar posts to see what is suggested as my first though was to charge the 40 pence per mile considering its over 6 miles there and back. But some seem to advise against it and I'm just confused about it all haha.
If anyone could give me any advise that would be great as me and my partners money isn't going far enough to afford all these trips.
