Parent Split

Mindees parents have recently split and Dad originally signed all paperwork, do I need new paperwork with just Mum on?

If mindee is living with Mum, I would fill out new forms. She might put him down as second carer and second contact but if she is main carer then I would go ahead.

Hi :),
Make sure you have a contract signed by someone you deal with over contract issues and who is contactable.

Personally I'd re-do contracts with Mum, or at least get her to add her signature and date next to/underneath where Dad has signed so that they are jointly responsible :thumbsup:

When I answered earlier you hadn't given all the details so I assumed Dad was still around.

As soon as they split I changed the contract its just the permission forms I was unsure of, theres no other details on them other than his signature!
