contract for a after school and school holiday

Hi, I'm a bit confused about the contract from ncma about for a after school child that also needs to be lookafter on school holidays. How do I fill it in? Do I need a separated contract?

Hi :),
I would put the term time hours in the space provided, then use the space for additional information, to state the terms for holidays: hours, charges etc.

I know you didn't ask this but:
Also might be worth checking that the school concerned follows standard set holidays: the one I collect most mindees from doesn't... so i ask for lots of notice for these dates.
Also teacher training days, any notice required, what your charges are for hols: theirs (they will likely take them during school hols...) and yours. Best to get it very clear from the beginning as its likely to be a huge difference in amount between term time and hol time.

Hi,

I do the same as florabird said, i put the before and after school hours in the place provided and then explained in the additional comments box the additional hours needed during school holidays
