Hi guys, I'm sitting here feeling really happy.
My 13 year old (my lovely "dreamer" with mild ADD) and his friend (the first real friend he has EVER had and who is really nice to him - slightly more hyper, with ADHD) are upstairs in the loft playing the drum kit. They have become really close since after Christmas, and spend a lot of time together. I get all choked up sometimes when I see how good friends they have become.
My 11 year old is in his room with his friend (who he has had lots of ups and downs with recently) and they are getting on beautifully.
I'm sat here almost half way through my SEF, popping in and out of the forum, knowing we've got the whole weekend ahead of us.
Sometimes life is just so good.
