Would anyone have an idea of how many points it would for a chinese chicken curry and rice ?
Its my first week but we have family coming over and i have been so good so far and have lots of points left :)

Am going to need more info - do you know which curry sauce & what type of rice ie biled, egg fried etc:)

Chicken chow mein is the lowest point dish for chinese but I dont know how many points with the new point system. you get loads as well if you like noodles:D

it was egg fried rice but wouldnt know about the sauce as it was from the chinese xxx

OK well from the Chinese;
Vegetable Curry is 8 pro points
Most Chicken things average at 10 pro points, so I would go with 9 pro points.
Egg fried rice is 16 pro points
