Does anyone have a welcome letter that you give out once a contract is signed please?

Did't want to read and run. No I don't because I make up a folder for the parents with copies of contract, policies, permission forms etc and give them that.

I have a covering letter I put in the front of my welcome pack. It tells parents a bit about me, activities & routines, what to bring, holidays planned & what forms they need to complete. If you want to pm me your email i'll send you it, your welcome to have a look. x

I have a parent information pack that I give them when contracts have been signed.
It includes about 5 pages of FAQ's, brief outline of policies, what they need to bring along,. I also give full copies of the stat. policies, a brocher, a business card (to pass on to friends!), starting points form, permissions form, routine form, child record form, ad a copy of their contract. If I have done it I will also pop the first invoice in too.
