Hmm, I hadn't thought about it but now you mention it I think I really fancy bangers and mash.

We usually have healthy stuff or pasta but I really have a hankering for bangers!

For once I made a huge effort on a work day. I made my first ever fish pie! Doubled it so I can freeze one. It was really yummy, but it took me like an hour and a half to make it!

Even though I'm so full I now fancy most of everyone's tea today. Especially the soups - yummmmm!

My fingers stink from taking the leaves off a basil plant. I made spaghetti with tomato and mascarpone sauce. I add fresh basil as I think it is lacking without it.

I made the sauce last week and used pasta shells. DD1 wasn't keen. I made it with spaghetti today and didn't let on it was the same sauce. She likes it with spaghetti!

wed is bolognese night here. dd and ds both love it (which is rare   ) and it's my midweek meal that I'm allowed carbs with so I love it - mmmmm.

Am very stuffed now.
