Do you use ready made mixtures where you add the milk/water or do you make them from scratch?

Hi,

I did it for the second time today...:blush:

4oz Plain Flour
Pinch of salt
2 eggs
1/2 pint of milk ( we used Soya as my 4 year old is lactose intolerant)

Whisk together and bobs your teapot.....use a ladle it gives the perfect quantity for a normal sized frying pan.

i dont bother with salt and i only used 1 egg....;) still fab :thumbsup: making more tomorrow as my 1 little mindee went home before I made them and the PH is working late tonight...any excuse to make more...;)
