Hi I am struggling on Module 6

analyse the importance of being assertive as a childcare practitioner

I have been sat here for hours now and am struggling on the last 50 words :(

I need another quote and someone elses analysis on this but i really dont know where to look

Can anyone help me please ?

If you are assertive in your behaviour, you;
can express your feelings without being unpleasant
are able to state your views and wishes directly, spontaneously and honestly
respect the feelings and rights of other people
can evaluate a situation, decide how to act and then act without reservation
are able to say what you have to say, whether it si positive or negative, while also leaving the other persons dignity intact
