Safeguarding or Child protection?

Can anyone please confirm the correct name for this policy, on my Cypop course we were told it was changing and to adjust our policies accordingly, but I keep seeing Safeguarding everywhere :confused:

Advice would be appreciated.

we are still calling it safeguarding here but have been told its reverting back to child protection, i'm on a course next weekend so hoping to clarify. can i ask how often everyone else does safeguarding training?? our l.a. has us doing it every year for 1.5 days!! well what else have i to do with my saturdays!! :idea:
