ncma contracts

hi..

I have nearly ran out of ncma contracts, am i allowed to photocopy the NCMA ones (obv 3 per page) or even type them up??

Also when setting up bank transfers with parents what info do they need??

My name, acc number, sort code, anything else? Has anybody also got an invoice sample??

They are copyrighted so no copying them.

Plus I understand that if you are insured with NCMA then you need to use their contracts.

I just give account name, number and sort code. If you have a building society account maybe you need to give roll number as well.
