what areas would this cover for an activity

Today I plan to plant tomato seeds with the children, they will each have their own pots and sow the seeds. I plan to talk about how we have to look after things to make them grow and then they will be responsible to look after them. Mindee today is only 18 months, so know he may not take all in but will love the soil and sowing seeds.

What areas would this cover, I'm still new to this (and I thought I had it sussed, how wrong!!!)

I am new myself only registered since jan 2011 no mindees yet

KNUW (how it grows)
CLL (talking about it)
PSRN ( counting the seeds as they plant them)
PSE ( Taking turns)
CD (fine motor skills picking them up ) I think
PD (planting them ) I think

I'd put the fine motor skills under PD instead of CD but the rest is good Kim-d.
I'm still learning what areas are covered by each activity too. Hx
