Hi All
Just joined tonight and hopefully sending off my forms soon :o)

Still a little confused about one issue but I think I am right in thinking that as long as I do not have more than 6 per session (or as many as Ofsted deem appropriate) that is ok regardless of how many I have on the books, as long as not everyone wants the same sessions/holiday cover etc? Ie I could have 2 plus my 2 all year, then 2 term-time to make 6 per session on a Tuesday and a different 2 holidays only with my 2 plus the all-year 2 on a Tuesday?...if I so wanted, of course!

Could someone please confirm this - many thanks.

yes thats right - if you have 2 children under 8 then you will be most likely given a certificate that says you can care for no more that 4 under 8's (ages obviously dependent on the ages of your children.) at any one time. But as long as they didn't overlap you could have 50 children contracted for 30 mins at a time.

Yes, that's right - the number of children you are registered for (as shown on your certificate) will not include your own children.
