I am due my first graded inspection in 2 weeks time and I have just realised I don't have a complaints folder. I have the poster with OfSTED number displayed and I have a comments and complaints book. What else do I need?

You need information to give to parents which shows your complaints procedure. e.g confirming that you welcome comments and should anyone have a complaint you would be happy to see them at a mutually convenient time to discuss and try to sort out. They need to know the addressand tel number to send complaints to Ofsted if they feel its not something that can be dealt with by you.
