hi all
I have send my crb forms, ofsted wants me to submit a good conduct certificate which i hv to get from the british embassy of my country,as ofsted wants to check everyone's last five years history and i am in uk from last three years only.I hv send an e-mail to embassy but doesn't get any response and i don't know what's the procedure.
Is anyone there on the forum to help me or someone know the procedure of how to get this certificate.:panic:

hi there,i had to bring a crb from my country too as i am here from 2007 and i have asked my mum to get one for me and then i sent it to ofsted,the same for my husband.The ofsted was fine with them.

That depends of wich country you are, I would think as well that you can ask this certificate from your consulate in UK.

Hi,

When I had to get one for my DH, Ofsted gave me the exact address I had to write to. Also the information was available on that embassy's website too. It only took about four weeks ad was back before the CRBs were done.

When my oh came over from Australia 4 years ago, he had to get one and he wrote to the Australian Federal Police and asked for a National Police Check. You are probably not from Australia but maybe you could write to the main police force in your country and ask them?
