i am so stuck on this question,

i dont no where to start

the question is

evaluate the impact of recent and relevant research on children's rights in relation to practise.

i hope someone can help me

There's another thread about this on the board - last year when I did it, I combined it with E1 and elaborated on the Children's Act, wrote a bit about and quoted from the Lord Laming report. I put in a bit about how children can excercise their rights (ie I need to make sure they know they have them) but not to abuse them - then I mentioned the Gillick case and that children have a voice and a choice ( a good phrase I just thought of - wish I put that in!!). I couldn't find any relevent research anywhere when I looked. Good luck.
