I follow a low fat diet, everything less than 5% fat and 1400 calories (one treat without the fat limit)
I've also been doing 40 mins a day fat burning programme on the exercise bike.

Only another 2 stones to go now:eek:

Ali that's amazing. sounds like a sensible diet too. I take my hat off to you on the exercise - 40 mins a day:eek: well done a stone is fantastic.
