what % should I claim back?

I will be having 2 lo's 8am until 5.30pm 2 days a week and 1 lo 8.30am until 5.30pm another 2 days (day off Friday :clapping:)

This is 37 hours a week

I will have to clean up after they have gone, prep for them to come in the mornings, fill out lj's ect... can I put this down as over 40 hours to claim the full % back for heating, rent and everything else or just calculate it on the hours I am physically minding?

I always round down, though I do base my % on contracted hours, even if children are collected early, or actual hours if they go over contracted hour.

Well the contracted hours are actually 8 - 6 but they collect early so in fact they should be here 40 hours so I will claim the full % :D
