So many policies!

Hi everyone, im just starting out and my development worker has told me to start putting the portfolio together but I am quite overwhelmed by the amount of policies you need. Do you keep it simple or complex?

Any help or guidedance would be appreciated x

You do not need a huge raft of policies and procedures.

These are the statutory ones -

then you will need one for fees and others if they are relevant to your business.
