I bought the book and some shakes etc today and plan to start tomorrow.
There seem to be good and bad reviews...
Wondered if anybody else had tried it?

The drinks and soups etc are £1.99 each so not cheap but I guess you'd pay more than that for a meal.
The book was a tenner, normally fifteen but boots had it discounted.
Just hope i can stick to it when cooking for all the kiddies!
