hi all
i'm trying to finish the home based course tasks but i stuck on the business plan... just don't know what to put on it... it's easyer to know what to do then put it on the paper..........
can someone help?

oh yes the dreaded task 4! This is a bsic outline of what I included:
Marketing - to advertise I will
internet - fis, childcare.co.uk, netmums etc
business postcards - doctors, soft play, libraries, school, local council / hosp etc
car magnets
fleece - with registered childmnder and tel no.

start up costs - partly covered by start up grant, rest frm savings.
how will manage the banking ie dedicated business bank acc with internet access
set fees in line with locality
how and when I will be paid eg in advance weekly / monthly
Support - local childminders, peers
LA early years team
NCMA
financial HMRC and business banking
and of course the childminding forum!!

english is my second language and that doesn't always help :) however a try hard...........
just...... sometimes........ we know what to do but the words don't come...
