Development folder

Hi, i just wanted to ask, how often do you share mindees development folders with their parent?

I tell parents it is always available for them to see.

I give it them at the end of every term and ask them for feedback :D

every 4 months if they are available to come and see me, i put in news letter and then they make a time to see me if they want to!

It's on the shelf, parents read it as they want to. They all come in and gossip for 20 minutes or so every day, so I often shove things into their hands to read while we chat and the kids finish off playing.

Always available - reminder in newsletter can look at whenever they want to. Sometimes share with them at collection time. Then once a term at development review we go through together add any development / interests at home and plan next steps.

Most do look / attend reviews but not all - and if don't I send home over Christmas and summer holiday period.
