NCMA Contract

Can somebody please tell me where and on what page it will mention the period for termination of contract please? I can only find the first 2 pages though at the bottom of the second page it looks as if it's the last page because it has both our signatures and a 'I have understood and agree etc etc'

As far as I remember it's on page 3 of the contract about 2/3rds of the way down the page.
