Just looking through my fees policy as i've had an enquiry for before and after school plus my 1 mindee will move to reception so will only be before and after school
My fees state :

Hourly Rate Monday-Friday {between 7.30am – 6.30pm} = 3.50ph
Full time Placement = £35 per day

Before/after School £5 with a minimum of 2 hours

BUt I'm not understanding my own policy
Would you read ^ that as £5 ph {with a minimum of 2 hours}
or
£5 for 2 hours
for before / after school?

Think once I get an answer I will change it so it reads clearly to avoid confusion in Sept.

thanks

I would just put
Before/After school....... £5.00 per hour ( minimum charge of 2 hours per day)
Or do you want £10 min for before school and £10 min for after school?

I read it as £5 and thats the fee. I would say you just need to add ph next to the £5. Presuming you mean £5ph :)

I read that as 2 hours minimum for before and after school at £5

What about Before/After School £5 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours per day per child

I still think that this is cheap as you could work from 8-9am and 3-4pm and use up a potentially longer space

I charge £5 before school for an hour and £14 as a session after school which allows up to 6pm

Hope that helps
