First day minding 1 yr old tomorrow

Hi all,

I have my first day of minding 1 year old boy tomorrow. I have been waiting for a month as parents handed in his notice at nursery. Excited & nervous, just hoping all goes ok!!

What a week, have had school age mindees 3 days this week & it's been my first proper week of childminding...Very hectic, but lots of fun!!!

My daughter & 8 yr old girl bonded wonderfully such a joy, the 6 yr old boy i had was lovely too. I must say though i found it very hard to entertain him as the girls were happy to paint,read,colour etc, but he just wanted to chase them around and it started annoying them. I guess it's just a case of boys being boys & girls being girls!!

Have to say i'm loving it so far though :laughing:
