Where to file...

Hi all

Desperately trying to sort paperwork out. I do a daily info sheet for each child with what they've eaten, slept, nappies and general overview of day, where should i be filing this? In their LJ's or elsewhere?

Im new to all this, still in pre-reg. Ive done a Daily Diary book for the things like meals, nappy chenge ect. Parents take it with them as the child will be colected and returned to me in the mornings

i have a book for that info for each baby that goes home each night but then i write a diary for me to keep for each child with obs and activities in in , which is kept in each childs box file along with their contracts , permission forms lj etc
