Ofsted arrive - How many folders and what?

Hi All

I've put my policies and procedures into the 5 outcomes. I have separate folders for:
RA, Emergency Evacuation log, complaints log.

What do you have separate folders for?
Thinking of personal development, but what do you have??

I got Ofsted coming over on wednesday for my 1st graded inspection so need a bit of help please to make my life easier.

Your help will be really appreciated.

I have files for policies, personal development, accounts (not for Ofsted), my portfolio, course certificates, outside play (we designed and built a new area and I took lots of photos and made lots of notes)... also a big risk assessment file.

For the children I have their Learning Journeys and an ongoing paperwork folder.
