hi i am really stuck on this one. we have had so many weeks off from the course that i need to my head back in gear.

the question is

explain how to implement children's rights in the home-based setting.

All children have rights.

They are set out in the United Nations Rights of the Child, in the 5 Every Child Matters outcomes, in the Eyfs and all other statutory documents such as the Equality Act 2010.

We implement them by making sure the children have an opportunity to speak out, to be listened to, to be consulted, to be engaged etc.
