Am sooo pleased. It's such an easy to follow diet, I haven't gone hungry at all and Im really enjoying being back on it :)

Its cost me a fiver as I have decided to slim for charity (Camilles Appeal- a very worthy cause) so its win for me and win for them

How are all the other new year slimmers doing on here?

Thanks all. Im well chuffed :D

Its really easy to follow. The food is delicious, there is lots to choose from and by tracking online it means I can make sure I'm within limits and keeps me focused. Their support is very good too. I lost 21lb with them about 18mths ago very easily, but put 9 back on last year after the loss of my Dad so need to get back on track now

I follow the Light Choices plan. I have it set to exclude anything fishy as cant stand fish. Yukky stuff

is fruit free to eat on the tesco diet or is that all included in your allowance, I am a terrible snacker, a bit like a cow, like to graze all day. lol
