Parent questionnaire...where to file it?

Sorry may have posted in wrong section lol

Just wondering... I have sent out parent questionnaires and received one back.

Where should I file it??? I have a reflective practice section I was going to put it in, as there are a couple of changes I've made due to it. Or is there anywhere else it should be.

Sorry I'm feeling a bit thick tonight answer prob obvious lol x

i have a folder i put them in ofsted like to look at them :D

Oh right I'll make a seperate section for it then! All by itself :( might have to chase some more up so it doesn't get lonely :D

I have a parents as partners folder and put all communication from them in there, including suggestion slips, thank you letters etc.

I put them in my personal development folder with a copy of my SEF, training information and other bits and bobs :D

Mine are in a folder entitled "Parent Questionnaires" - think my paperwork needs a bit of an overhaul :o
