invoices etc

Hi, sorry Im new at this! I have a few questions!

I expect cleared payment on the 1st of the month in advance. So do I write out an invoice for them and give it to them a week before or so? What does an invoice have to say on it? Then do I give a receipt when i have received payment? can I get any receipt book from whsmith or something?

I email an invoice around the 20th of each month which is due to be paid by 1st of the following month. All parents pay by vouchers or direct bank transfer so no receipts required (only do this for cash transactions)

I put on mine 1 monthly fee = £
add on additional hours
soft play
additional food etc...


or you can do it by weeks etc depending on how your contract is written
