Policy for late parents

A member has very kindly written this policy and asked that it is shared with the forum.

It can either go in your policies folder or be used as a reminder of your policy, maybe on the back of a newsletter.

I am sure lots of people who are having issues with late arriving parents at the moment will find it useful. :D
