Do we have to have one if we are not accredited?

Just looked at the Bromley one and it starts 'As an accredited cm...' so I am confused now whether I need it or not as I am not accredited :(

You need an Equality of Opportunity policy for the Eyfs.

You also need an SEN policy if you are an accredited childminder.

You can talk about SEN, inclusion, disability etc as part of your Equality of Opportunity policy :D
