advice on contracts.

Hi everyone

my brain has gone blank lol,

I have 2 mindees at the mo. and both contracts have changed the first is had her 9-3 daily, now I take her to nursery new hours are 9-12 term time, them back to 9-3 half terms. Second one is added an extra day, 4 days now instead of 3. Do I write out new contracts or can i do a contract ammendment letter and ask parents to sign????

Not sure if I'm right but I just write out the changes, date and sign and get parents to date and sign too x

You can do a contract amendment but state it in that it is in amendment to contract signed and dated xxxx and that parent agrees to be bound by the same terms and conditions as the original contract.

If it's a permanent change I'd do a new contract, if it's just temporary I'd amend along the lines suggested
