My lot take it in turns to help make tea... they like threading beads... a couple are doing hama designs at the moment... there is usually a jigsaw on the go... I buy a new magazine every couple of weeks and have quite a big stock now... there are lots of craft ideas fo age 5+ in 'Creative Steps' magazine (Bubble Publishing... free for Morton Michel customers).

Hope something there inspires! :D

The best thing I have for the after schoolers is the trampoline. They spend hours on it ( getting fresh air and exercise ). It was costly but I originally bought it for my son's birthday and he still goes on it three years later.
Well worth the money.
