Hi
I am currently dealing with an enquiry from somebody who works shifts. I did originally plan not to work weekends, but am now wondering if it would be so bad - I can imagine how hard it is to find a childminder who will take on shifts - so really want to help them.
It would probably be 2 full weekends a month as well as the week days - I will have my own kids anyway so will be doing kiddie activities and taking them out and about to local attractions etc.
The only thing is my parents only get to see my son at weekends now and we were arranging dinner at our and at theres alternate weekends. This would only mean my parents would be here for one of the weekend days that I have my mindee- if the parents agree would I still be able to go ahead with these plans?
Update- they're coming to meet us on Monday!:clapping:
Also It means when my other vacancies get full up for 2 weeks of the month we could be working 7 days a week:eek: does anyone else do this? any advise?
