Me again!

I have just had a phone call from a lady who wants to come and see me on Thurs with a view to me having her little boy four days a week :eek:
Fantastic but scary! So here's my question........... what should I have ready?

Have a copy of your welcome booklet for the parents to take home... and something to keep the little one busy while you are chatting.

I always put the child's needs first, answering their questions and responding to them. I think it's important parents see that happening.

Be ready to answer lots of questions but ask loads of your own too to find out what kind of things they are expecting from you.
