great site,, but id try & slot in some nice photos of your garden & playroom..looks like u & ur hubby have worked really hard in the house & garden & thats a good selling point 4 your prospective parents..when ppl read a site quickly they dont retain all the information,, but a few well placed photos can make a big difference ( bit like selling a house !).
