Increase in fees in Newsletter?

I am increasing my daily fees in Jan and was just wondering how to give the info out. I was just doing my newsletter and wondered should I put it in there?

Also do I need to amend contracts or get parents to sign to say they agree with the rise?

You will definately need to amend your contracts as the parents only legally have to pay what they signed for on the contract IYSWIM.

I would advise them and have meetings with them to revise the fees and make sure no other changes are needed - they should be revised regularly anyway but they stay in force until a new one is signed.
