Notes on the back of contracts

Whenever I have some parents come see me I like to give them blank copies of a contract so that they can take it away with them to read at their leisure and so they are certain of what they going to be signing, except the last ones I gave out I nver heard back from the parents so is there a etter way of doing this so im not out of pocket by giving my pricey contracts away????

I photocopy a copy of the blank contract.

I do a folder which has a copy of all my policies,a blank contract and other info. I lend it to prospective parents if they want for a few days and then it is all returned to me.
