I have been asked to write a job description - I had done this as I thought I was being asked but assessor posted this reply.
"Hi Hayley
I've looked at your job description and it is suitable to where you have placed it. In order for it to meet the criteria I set if for SC32 Engage in personal development you need to add to it the expectations the EYFS and your 'duty of care' have on your role/responsibilities".
What is duty of care - I had writen this for Job Purpose and thought this was duty of care -
"To ensure all children in my care are in a safe, caring & inclusive environment. Children are given opportunities to learn at a pace appropriate to their age and stage of development. To work closely with parents to give children the continuity and consistency they need in order to feel safe and secure in my care".
