Have a mindee who comes on an adhoc basis. Always pay but it has always been in arrears.
In Sept Mum mentioned voucher payments, so we set it up but first payment will only be effected next week.
Mum owes £50 from Sept and £30 from Oct. No problem asking for this to be paid, but I need to get them into payment in advance, as per our contract.
June's average was £110, July was £130, Aug was £0 as term time only.
How can I word my reply to mum (she asked how much she owes) and about getting them to pay in advance, and should I suggest a figure ????
