I posted about upcoming inspection yesterday/day before. Well, she turned up 9.30 on the dot today !

I got and overall "good", which I'm happy about, it was my first inspection.:)

Very nice and professional inspector, not once telling me I was doing something wrong but telling me where I can improve. Praised a lot too. She must be a great person as my kids didn't help much- my own 3-year old went on over-drive, my mindee-baby shrieked all morning and my own 19-month old turned the inspector's laptop off as she was doing stuff on it..:D

GOing to wind down now and eat something, missed my breakfast today !

I'd filled in a form about how I graded myself, but the inspector didn't even look at it! She must have been a speed reader though cos she asked me specific questions relating to things in the babies daily diary, yet, had only flicked through it for a few seconds!!!!

Yes, there's a self-evaluation form you're meant to fill out. I think it's meant to encourage us to be self-reflective practitioners.

She arrived 9.30 and left at 12. I had told her on the phone that on Wednesdays I have to leave the house 12.20 to take little one back home.. She was very efficient I think, but it was a little rushed..
