My under 5 term time mindees pay 50% in the school holidays.

Retainers are normally 50% of normal fees.
I do have retainer fees in place for two of my contracts.

If you have a child that comes just holiday time would you charge 50% of there noraml fees in term time?

I have children who come term time only and I do not charge a retainer for school holidays. I also have children who attend holiday time only and I don't charge a retainer for term time then either.
However, they do have to pay full fee for every week whether they attend or not. The only exception is my four weeks holiday when I charge half fees. I figure it all balances out in the end!!:)
